On our return at 10:30 pm, I requested a pick up I and a bus was waiting for us at the airport. The app is user friendly. The drivers are friendly and efficient.

Options and size. You don’t keep me waiting
Rates are good, I can enter and exit by scanning The Parking Spot app on my phone, a shuttle is quick to pick me up at my parking spot, with the driver carrying my bags up for me. I’ve never had an issue with leaving my car parked there for my trips. A shuttle picks me up at the terminal in 5-10 mins.
I have been a customer for about 20 years going back to when you were Roncari Express. The location to the terminal remains ideal and there is typically very little time required to get to the terminal. In terms of improvement, there seems to be many more cars lined up upon arrival so it has been a bit longer to check in. And I've had to wait a bit longer over time to get picked up, so for those reasons, I would rate you a 9. But overall, very satisfied.
