Convenient location and very courteous services.
That I'm picked up & dropped off at my truck
easy in and easy out
Excellent shuttle service, great parking spots, well marked. Shuttle driver gave us a card and wrote our exact spot on it so we knew exactly where our car was and the card stated exactly where we would catch the shuttle back at the airport. Our go to parking from now on!!
Quick, clean, professional service
Easy to use
Location
Friendly staff that are always willing to help and efficient operation that can be trusted to get guests to the airport very quickly.
Quick courteous and efficient. And well priced
Easy. Convenient entrance, parking, shuttle pick up. Same with return from airport. QR code and app make it easy to reserve. Discounts are nice too. Is there a way on the app to find out where you parked after a long tiring trip? We usually take a photo of the parking space and record it on the phone calendar return date. The little card the driver gives us is good — only this last time we forget where we put it. The people who rode the shuttle with us forgot too. They just kept pushing the horn on their car key fob. ;)
Easy in and out service. However, Sunday night we kept seeing the JDK and #1 busses, and the #2s took forever to pick us up.
Directions were clear. Made getting to the airport very easy. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Can count on P Spot to show up!

Good customer service
we use the parking spot south every time we travel. we have always been satisfied with the service. Pick up and drop off has been great we have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for pick up>
CONVENIENT~
Easy process to use
I will continue to use the parking spot. It is easy to reserve a spot and pay online. It is a short ride to the airport and even though you might have a little to be picked up on arrival but it is still worth it. The drivers and those working at the booth have always been hospitable.
Very efficient
Pick up and drop off right at my car was great. I was very delayed and barely had any wait even when I was picked up late in the night.
Ease of check in and check-out. Covered parking as well.
The quick in and out
Love that the shuttle picks you up right at your car and when returning from a trip, there are so many shuttles that we never wait long!
The best spot to park for your travels!
Very friendly and reliable! I love how close you are to the airport. I hope your prices come down soon for your loyal members!
