I recently used The Parking Spot for a trip, and it ended up being a really great experience—definitely something I’ll continue using for future travel. When we got back, the airport shuttle arrived pretty quickly, which I really appreciated—especially not having to wait out in the cold. The return process was just as smooth. They dropped us off directly at our car, so there was no extra walking or hassle trying to find it after a long trip.

I have used you twice, and have been picked up within 5 minutes of standing on the curb both times--such an improvement from Jet'n'Park! Good service all around. I appreciate being notified of periodic sales so that I can get my parking set in advance.

I like this location and feel as though my car will be relatively safe there barring anyone hitting my car while parking. The thing I don't like and the reason I don't park here as much is because of the higher pricing. I realize you now have everything covered, but I really liked the option of uncovered parking at a lower price. Now I have to watch and hope for a coupon good enough to get the cost within a range I can accept. If nothing good comes through I have to hope that another lot can take me on short notice or use Uber. But, I can tell you I will not fold and pay full price or a higher-than-I-want-to price to park.
