I like that the people are friendly. It’s easy to get in easy to get out and even if you’re having trouble getting out somebody is there to help you. Please try to keep the cost down. I remember at one time I was paying $12 a day. love that you get picked up at your car dropped off at your car and the wait at Midway for a driver and the parking spot. Well marked van is excellent.

Jan 31, 2026 was an absolute disaster weather event & the FABULOUS LADY at the booth instructed me to park in “covered” parking due to 12” of snow! She deserves a pay raise!!! Name might be “Sue ??”

I have consistently used The Spot for my airport parking needs for the past decade. I have never been disappointed in the service or the price, although prices do seem to be creeping up. On my last trip in it was after a huge snowfall and I was concerned about parking conditions. To my surprise, they had cleared off an axillary lot which made for an awesome experience in challenging conditions. Well Done, The Spot.
