Quick pick up and courteous drivers.

It was well worth the drive there. Parking spot was perfect and shaded. The Parking Spot does a great job moving us, and the luggage, to the airport and back to the parking after the trip.

What I don’t understand is when leaving, it’s now a hassle. I used to be able to scan and go and my credit card was charged instantly. Now I have to present the credit card physically in order to exit. Why?

The ease of getting to and from the airport is really nice. Knowing my vehicle is safe and secure in their lots. It has gotten pricey/per day over the years but everything else in life has as well. But it is one less thing on my list of worries when I need to travel.

This has been my go-to parking - it's affordable, easy and convenient. Also reliable. If I book in advance, I always know I'll have a spot to park & the shuttle will get me to the airport in time for my flight, no problem!

however, we had about a 17 min wait from the Premium lot to go to the terminal. Wouldn't have been as bad but there is NO shade next to 015. Wife wasn't happy :(

Easy to park covered. Need a car wash. And more than one pick up at love. Need pick up at baggage claim. You have to walk really far to get shuttle. I will say your staff are very nice and helpful

I like the availability of covered parking, and the bottled water at the exit. I do wish, though, that your parking spaces were numbered. It would make it easier to remember where we parked.
