Everything is very predictable, easy in and easy out. The shuttle is usually right there as soon as we are ready for it as well. Most importantly our car is safe and sound until we return.

I will say that I spoke to a gentleman in the office (Century) regarding a driver i had Oct 14th . This driver had very harsh braking and acceleration i was literally thrown around to the point that I had to hold on to stay seated, he also never once used his seat belt.

Budget friendly long term parking, curb side drop off, and fast service. I didn't wait anytime getting picked up at the Spot, and only 10 minutes after I cleared baggage claim. Enjoyable short ride back to my vehicle.

Love the Parking Spot! I use the Cleveland location a lot. Convenient with the extra perks of free car wash and bottled water upon leaving. Not to mention you earn rewards towards money off your next booking. I never have to wait long for the shuttle bus to or from the airport, and the drivers are great too! I would definitely recommend the Parking Spot.
