We have very good experiences with the Parking Spot in Pittsburgh. Whenever we need help, the staff is very friendly and helpful. We’ve only had one issue with the pickup at the airport when they didn’t pick up the folks who had been waiting the longest first and there wasn’t room for everyone.

I like being picked up and dropped off at my car. Most of the drivers are very helpful in loading bags into car on return.

When I arrived & parked at the Parking Spot, the driver was right there to take my bags & get me to my terminal. After my trip, I was tired and ready to go home. After getting my bags, I went downstairs to find the shuttle & he was right there waiting for me. 10/10 would highly recommend.
