The entire staff is very helpful from the gate person who offered to scan my QR code to the shuttle driver who got us to the terminal quickly to the driver who dropped us back at our car. What a well run company. Happy employees mean the company treats them well.

The drop-off employees where courteous & fast!, I got to the terminal in plenty of time.
Pick-up wait for return shuttle was minimal and the gal that brought my car up to the awning was so considerate to mention what she thought was a "weird noise" she heard while bringing the car from the parking space. (It was nothing - but I really appreciate the concern).

I did them a disservice not getting their names for a shout-out here.

I have used Park-n-fly plus for years but it seems that they have less vans now that The parking spot has bought by them.
I stood and waited for my shuttle van to pick me up at the airport while 4 or 5 Parking Spot shuttles came and went.

I forgot to remove a knife from my bag and while on the van asked the driver if it could be kept in the office. He agreed but I got home very late and no-one knew where it was even though they tried to locate it. I called in the next day and the manager found the item. Since I was not going to be traveling for quite a while the manager shipped it to me. That is service above and beyond! Thanks to the team at the South Phoenix Airport.

Always get great service! Most of the time we have a fast pick up by the bus after parking our car. Service can be a little slow at airport pick up but it's understandable when it's busy.
