It’s a great service. My only complaint (and it’s
Minor) is that we had a lot of bags and having to take them to the top floor of MIA from baggage claim is a pain since finding the elevators isn’t easy. Regardless I use it every time.

The busses come quickly and the drivers help with luggage.
The location is convenient and easy access. The pricing is okay compared to other parking options. I appreciate the friendly and efficient drivers. My only negative comment is that all the times I’ve parked there I’m waiting for a long time for a bus to pick me up. This last time is was a really cold day! This does not seem to happen in Parking 1.

Great service, love the discounts prior to, to get a good price for valet.
I would if possible ask why can't payment be taken once arrive and check in at valet if I forgot to pay in advance. I know I just need to do that in advance myself, just not sure if actually taking the trip, so why I sometimes don't pay in advance.
