I feel my vehicle is very safe there when I’m away. The covered parking is great and the shuttles are available rather quickly. Your drivers are very helpful and kind. I have a torn shoulder cuff and the drivers were so willing to help me load my suitcase on and off the shuttle all the way to putting it in my car for me. I always tip so this made me feel happier about tipping. I’ll continue to use The Parking Spot!

I love the South location for it's convenience. We always parked there when it was Blue Sky and it has continued to be great. I LOVE your waters at the end and your rewards system to earn free days.
Friendly staff and I didn't wait long for the shuttle to pick me up despite it being 11:30 at night.
The convenience and the ease of locating a parking spot, being picked up in front of your car then dropped off back at your car. Plus the no hassle ride the airport by the drivers is a added relief from commuting to terminal.

The drivers are very nice and always on time
We had a schedule change due to a bumped flight and the customer service person I spoke to was able to modify our prepaid reservation easily, which with everything else going on with our trip was really appreciated.
Our checkin went great. Not too long of a wait to be picked up.
When we returned we had a little wait for bus to pick up at airport. Got dropped off to our vehicle.
Upon approach to leave and check out something went wrong with the scanner to get out. We tried several times. the passenger had to get out and try it. Tried to call number for help no answer. At this point it became frustrating !!!
Finally we backed up and started the process again!! This time the gate went up.
Also I don’t know why you say you offer water when either no one is there to get it and no where to get it when no one is there
Good drivers and the people who directed me to my parking spot were good. The app stuff was fairly user friendly and worked well. Good prices and it was easy to apply discounts when making the reservation. The shuttles are easy to spot.
