Easy to schedule, you offer cheaper rates if you pay ahead vs pay at end of your stay. Easy to get to, park and picked up by shuttle. Drivers are friendly and courteous. Waiting for shuttle pick up is typically not the long of a wait, you seem to have shuttles coming by within a reasonable amount of time.
We love the convenience of your locations. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. The shuttles are also very timely.

There is an expectation of tipping though that really needs to be controlled - the bus driver, the person who checks you out and the person who gives you the key/or pulls up the car.
My general experience on this trip was typical - good service. I rated it a 10 at this time because staff went above and beyond to assist when I lost a wallet. That goes from the transport driver who turned in a lost wallet, to the folks who helped when I called about it, to the North staff who assisted me after work to find it. They were polite, helpful, and really turned a panic into a positive.
