Close to airport, quick pick up and drop off
The customer service! The fact that the bus comes to my car and I don't have to walk to some shelter that's a few blocks away, and you all actually offer incentives or rewards for the 'stays.' Also, being dropped off at the terminal at a convenient spot to go in. One more thing--having a bus coming through at regular intervals to pick folks up. It's just good all the way around, to be honest with you.

Friendly car to terminal services. Most of the time, it’s only a few minutes before a shuttle driver finds me in the parking area. Only twice have I had to walk to the front office area to locate a shuttle.
Upon return into MCO, it’s usually not that long before a shuttle arrives.

I absolutely love the Parking Spot, an all-covered garage that conveniently picks you up right at your car. It’s especially great during the winter, but it’s also a lifesaver during the summer when it’s raining. Plus, it keeps the heat and sun off your car while you’re away.
The staff at the Parking Spot is always incredibly friendly, and the drivers are incredibly helpful. They drop you off right at the check-in and pick you up when you return, which is always quick and close to all the baggage claim areas.
I like the fact that you pick me up at my car quickly after I park, the large number of shuttles that run so you’re not packed in them and don’t have to wait long, and the friendly service at check-out! I had the same gentleman at check-in and checkout, and he remembered me! Thanks The Parking Spot!!
