Convenient and efficient in pick up. The web site is sometimes difficult to navigte.
Various locations around the airport. Plenty of spaces available. Easy to make a reservation.
The last 2 times I parked at the Parking Spot I was told to go to Row B but there was no parking spot. So I parked at row D. But the driver took a while to find me because I in row D not B. This happen my last 2 times (this yr). The employee at the gate need to monitor this. I will always use The Parking Spot.

I did not like the checkout with bar code. Never worked via paper or from my phone. Had to have an employee get involved.

Convenience. We've used this service for many years because you are picked up right at your vehicle. We also like that the drivers handle your luggage on and off the shuttle.

It is the best feeling when you head to your parking spot the shuttle is right behind you or very shortly after with minimal wait time, pickup from airport is a little different but still acceptable

Great place to park
Liked the door to door service.
The driver was so kind and helpful when we could not find our card to pick up our car. We had a rough guess of where the car was and he said he would drive us until we found it. He did not dump us and run for the next load. What a compassionate driver. And we had 2 rather large suitcases which he hefted on and off the bus. We could not have had better service.
It seemed like it was a long time between buses at IAH, with many more buses available for Lot #1. But if there were people like us who required extra time to locate their car, that could explain it!
Again, we will always park at the Spot!
