Though we haven’t had snow this year we like a covered parking option. The shuttles run regularly & the area is fenced in to hopefully prevent theft &/or burglary. Seamless in & out process using the app. Got a great rate which I really appreciated.
Lot is conveniently located to the terminal. Transportation is good. Only issues with this stay were the parking lot had several inches of snow on the ground weeks after the major storm so getting luggage out of the car was cumbersome. I also received my ticket from the driver, and he recorded the wrong row and space for my car so pickup was a search for the horn and lights mission. He had my space as O-26 and i was in Q-17. I will be staying again on 2-26 for 10 days, the snow is gone, so i just need to make sure i know where my car is parked.
Great shuttle drivers including one who waited for us in the pouring rain at the exit after we left a shopping bag on the bus. Spacious extra wide covered spaces. Easy in and out and convenient app.

We were late getting in Saturday night due to the bad weather in Dallas and you did not charge us extra. What a blessing - it was on of the few things that went right for us on our fly day.

The location was very convenient. The app is user friendly. The whole process from making the reservation to parking to getting a shuttle to/ from my vehicle was incredibly easy. It made the trip that much smoother with no hiccups or worries about finding a spot in the airport lot and waiting for their shuttle.
