Very easy to access web page and make a reservation. Easy access to the parking lot and the van is prompt with passenger pick up. The driver is courteous and helpful with the luggage. On return to lot, the wait time for a van is minimal.

Easy to make a reservation. Easy parking. Helpful staff who direct you to correct area to park.Really like the covered parking, especially in the winter time. Happy to not worry about having to clear snow off my car when I return.
