I do have a suggestion- prepaid customers should be allowed to cancel their reservation. All you have to do is provide a credit for a future reservation. I am a frequent user of Parking Spot. I like to reserve in advance and prepay because it is less expensive. But unforeseen events occur and Parking Spot should accommodate these events.

Proximity to LAX is a big plus, of course, but I have also had positive interactions with your employees. Good drivers manage to get us through all that crazy traffic!

Drivers take care of navigating the airport traffic and drop you right where you need to be. Covered parking under roof, not just a canvas canopy. Most driver are friendly and help with baggage

Easy to make reservations in app. Location is right off the exit in Pittsburgh. Pick up and drop off right at your car. Drivers are courteous and help load and unload luggage. Shuttles run time is quick so there minimal wait time.

Second time using The Parking Spot. Won't be the last. Convenient when needing to be at the airport at 4:30am and way cheaper than parking at the airport.

However, something needs to be done regarding the entry gate for self parking . We almost missed our flight because the gate wouldn’t open. We had the code on a piece of paper and we also had the code on our phone and neither one worked. We pushed the button for assistance and all we got was music. It was very frustrating for this to happen at 5 AM in the morning. Multiple cars were lined up. We understand that this is a common thing at the Hartford parking spot. At least put an attendance there for assistance.

I left my bag on the bus and I was able to call and get them to save it for me and they made it easy to pick up. I was able to call and speak to a live person and she was very helpful. I believe her name was Marie
