I love being picked up and dropped off from my exact parking spot. The shuttle drivers were also so nice!

Drivers are polite and are extremely helpful getting luggage in and out of the bus. The location is 5 mins away from the airport and I never have to wait for a pick up to return me to The Parking Spot.

The process of making a reservation on the website is straightforward. Accessing the lot using a QR code on your phone is convenient. The drivers are helpful in assisting you with your luggage onto the shuttle and getting to the airport. The billing is transparent, and the rewards program is decent.

I accidentally canceled my already paid reservation 2 days before going on vacation. I was able to email corporate and told them my situation and they did reinstate my reservation. Customer service was excellent!!!!

We have had no problems with getting picked up in your lot or at airport.

The flight out: Parked my car, unloaded luggage, waited about 5 minutes for a pickup where the driver handled the luggage while I go on the bus. Delivered promptly to the terminal with a slip of paper to be used for when I arrived back.

The return: Went to shuttle pickup area of the airport, watched for the yellow and black bus which was clearly marked for either North or South parking areas. Flagged one down after about 5-10 minute wait. Driver again handled luggage while I entered bus. Handled slip of paper received when originally parking the car. From there I was delivered feet from my car and had luggage handed to me as I exited the bus.

Could not have been more simple and worry free.

I send a complaint to Parking Spot regarding a recent experience. I got a reply, then a phone call asking for details. They listened to my concern and I felt this was sincere. I do believe they care about their customer's experience and want to do better. I'm very pleased with their reaction and follow up.
