It's so ease to reserve a parking place and be delivered to the airplane. My last return flight got in near midnight and we were picked up quickly and driven to our car. Very happy with Parking Spot's service.

We love that the minute we parked that the driver was there waiting for us.

The road construction made it hard to get to, but worth it when we did. Easy parking and the bus came to pick us up at the car. Driver was friendly and loved our bags. Then when we got back just watched on the app for the buss to come by and pick us up. Driver took our bags to the car.
Over all a good experience.

Really Really NICE drivers, they're right there to get you at the lot, but they are late picking up from the airport...need more drivers and vans! Vans are super clean, and really pleased with the services, especially since I've come to you from Canopy.

I love the fact that I feel that my vehicle is safe and sound if I’m away and that you always quickly pick me up as soon as I park and get me right back to my vehicle shortly when I arrive back home. Everyone is always friendly and courteous every time.

I left my keys on the bus that takes us to the airport and I forgot my car keys. I was gone for 8 days and I sent a email and customer service responded quickly. They gave me the local number and I called and they didn't see my keys from how I described them.When I landed i didnt know if I needed to contact my insurance company to notify someone to unlock my vehicle. I had extra keys in the car but they allowed me to look at the keys they had and there they were🙂

It’s convenient and so easy with a quick scan of your phone in and out. Polite and friendly shuttle drivers that help with your luggage if needed and prompt pick up from the airport to your car.

The driver's are always nice and extremely helpful. They are always waiting outside of MCI to make sure no one else needs to be picked up. I have never had a bad driver and we use the service a lot. The scanning to get into the gated facility is easy and so is the exiting process. I have not got my car cleaned while parked there but that is a nice service. There is a price point for every consumer. Cheaper if you don't want covered and a little more for covered parking. They even use predator sounds to stop birds from pooping on your vehicle.

Parking was simple. People were pleasant and friendly. Convenient and good price with specials.
