Easy and fast
It's quick and simple. I have a membership and just make my reservations online and then slide my membership card in when I arrive and park my car. The buses come and pick you up and drop you off at your airline. When you come back home, you just use the app to tell them you have arrived, and the bus comes and picks you up and drops you off at your car.

The service on the lot and getting to the airport is wonderful! The people you employ are exceptional. That being said, we waited FAR too long to get picked up from the airport. 6 vans for spot 2 came by while 0 for spot 1. You need to support spot 1 by buying more vans or hiring more staff.
