Location, specials, service, friendly and helpful drivers. And a water on the way out. We always pay ahead. This last time the exit gate we were closest to, wasn’t working. So the vehicle behind us had to back up so we could get out. The gate didn’t work for them either. We found a gate further away that ended up working.
