Guest Testimonials
Drivers and all employees very polite and professional.
The main aspects are the Price and the convenience of the service. Also, I like the professionalism of drivers and timeliness of shuttle buses.
GOOD
The app makes reserving very easy plus the drivers are always helpful and friendly.
Like the checkout and checkin convenience
Service was easy to use and having someone at the entrance telling us how everything worked was great
FIRST TIME PARKED HERE IT IT WENT VERY WELL.
All went smoothly outside of finding the reservation QR code. Took a bit to dig back through emails.
Everything
Everything! The drivers are very nice and always get me to the airport on time.
Convenient and timely service
Friendly staff. The drivers are great!
Ease of parking.... easy in, easy out
I usually use the valet services in the winter time, so I don't have to clean snow off my car when I return late at night. Self park works most of the other times and can be a savings when traveling frequently.
Awesome customer service!
Convenient location fair pricing, secure parking, 24hr attendant, friendly shuttle drivers, free car wash and bottled water on departure.
Evy
Services are great. The only issue I am seeing is the state of the buses. It is hard to keep the AC cold when the door opens and closes, but sometimes the AC is blowing hot rather than cold. I think it is time to up the maintenance on them.
Very convenient and good service right to terminal. The covered parking is nice also.
Easy and great drivers
Excellent discounted rates available. Courteous and fast service appreciated.
Very easy and friendly service
Quick and easy
Fast, easy, convenient, and great service!
We love the Parking Spot and have never had any issues. But I did see something on our last trip that was concerning. The driver told a young couple with a 2 year old that they had to walk to their car because the drivers don’t go down that row.
Ease of use.
Easy, quick, car is safe, valets and shuttle drivers are always very kind, friendly, and helpful!!
Easy to book, easy in and out and competively priced
Always reliable and friendly shuttle drivers. The wait is never very long and we are so appreciative.
Quick in and out. Buses are prompt at baggage return.
