The parking process went smoothly for us on both arrival and departure. Ran into a little snag when we returned to our vehicle as our battery had died. I called the main office and a very sweet young lady (Gabbie, I think) answered. Within minutes, she had hooked a battery charger to a cart and arrived at our spot to assist in charging our vehicle. She was very helpful and courteous and her efforts were much appreciated.
Because of her exceptional customer service, we will continue to use Parking Spot 1 on Will Clayton.
