Being picked up at my car and taking right to the terminal door. Then when I return home being picked up right at the terminal door and returned right to my car. It's nice having someone to load my bags on and off the shuttle.

There is always a space and the shuttles are very timely.

We like the quick pickups and the clean, safe facilities. We greatly appreciated the cold bottle of water after our big flight. The driver was nice and friendly too. The whole experience was so fast and easy. Every time we go to LAX, we use the spot! : )

The shuttle runs frequently. Picks me up right at my vehicle. Driver helps me if my bags are heavy. Easy to get into and exit the facility. I feel my car is safe on site.

The only issue I had is with navigating to the Parking Spot location in Kansas City with the current road construction at road entrance.

I arrived at 5:15AM and with no signage it was very confusing as to where I was going. At one point I turned around thinking I was on an interstate exit ramp. I then turned around and went back to find the entrance successfully.

I feel signage should have been added to avoid confusion and potential accidents.

I've been parking with your company for decades. I fly almost weekly. You continue to improve your services, especially with upgrades to the features in your app, and I am grateful. I can check in with my QR code and check out in a flash! That is my favorite part. You also have good drivers who (for the most part) serve with a sense of urgency and politeness. I love the tipping option in the app, although I rarely travel with bags.

If there's anything that would improve my experience it would (selfishly) be to NEVER EVER EVER have to park on Row P or even beyond Row J (Jello). My favorite is Row George, but I'm always up for Row Apple, Billy, or Charlie. I absolutely do not ever want to part on Row P. It's for trucks, and your parking spaces are not spaced well enough to make it easy to back out when you're between big trucks. It almost ruins my morning to hear Row M, N, O, or P...

But other than that, I highly recommend your service!
