I can reserve a parking place in advance and know it will be available. I can also fly into Atlanta and retrieve my car no matter if the arrival is delayed. I also appreciate the discounts for AAA members.

We have had, for the most part, excellent service from Denver West SPOT - online, and the drivers are courteous and helpful and clearly work hard to give good service. The only area where I would like to see improvement is at checkout. We often have an issue at the automatic checkout, whether regarding using our AAA or some other coupon or something else - it is confusing to know what to do. But the folks who are in the office at checkout are not so happy to help. We have had to back up, then get out of our car and knock on the window to get their attention. This does not work well especially if someone is behind us, or of it is late at night, or the weather is bad. Actually, we just should not have to get out of our car to get help. And help should arrive quickly. Please fix this. Thank you.
P.S. your automated system at checkout is confusing to use, hard to reach from the car, and not all that readable. Please fix this as well.
