I was a bit confused since it was my first time to come there... (nothing unusual for me) but when I figured out that premium parking had it's own area and got to a parking spot and the shuttle showed up to pick us up at our vehicle, loaded our bag and was so kind and patient to help an elderly lady onto the shuttle, then gave us our ticket with our parking spot number on it and took us to the airport...helped us off at our airlines area...what wonderful folks! Coming back requires a bit of commen sense on my part...I knew we were in Parking Spot 1 so we looked for that shuttle, and you can use the app to to alert them of your arrival if you didn't supply that information before hand, and showed our ticket to the driver and they took us premium ticket holders to our vehicles first...such a great way to end an excellent trip!

2 items of feedback:
1- some of the spaces are too short for SUVs, so the aisle they want us to park in may have spaces too short and the end sticks out creating a hazard for everybody....the solution is to park in an aisle with longer spots and walk to the bus/front exit (which I'm more than happy to do as it helps me get my steps in)
2- Fly NEVER has a backup shuttle coming behind the one leaving and at times we have to wait a LONG time.... yes - often there are full families that take up the majority of the bus especially on peak times. all other locations have back-up buses coming right behind except the Fly location
