Covered parking and shuttle pickup and drop off at my car. All for.a great price.
In the South lot, very clear directions to the row in which to park as well as how to exit, drivers are all friendly and helpful, the staff covering the entry/exit booth are always willing to help if the QR code isn’t scanning correctly. The rates, especially if booked well in advance, are very reasonable. And I love the loyalty program!

It's easy to park at your place and get a van ride to my terminal at the airport, but I don't like that I have to go upstairs at LAX and find the right place to be picked up on my return from my trip. I see your vans dropping people off at each airline and every terminal, but for pickups they want you to go to a very specific place and that is not fair.
On my last trip, I was treated rudely by the van driver because I tried to flag him down when he went by the place outside the Delta terminal where I was standing. He scolded me and told me I had to go to the end where the 'designated' pickup location was, but yet, he let passengers off the van right there.
Using the app is easy & entry and departure has always been smooth. Buses to LAX are regular & drivers helpful and friendly. Every experience has been a great way to start our travels!
Convenient, quick pick up , great service
Convenient location and shuttle is readily available when taking us and picking us up from airport. We use Parking Spot 3 every time we travel with Lambert Field.
It was fairly straightforward and easy to use. When we returned the shuttle was right there available to us.

Shuttles are more frequent. 2 lots gives you options. The only thing is the shuttles could be a little cleaner.

Friendly drivers. They help with loading and unloading luggage. Normally the wait time to be picked up by your car, is rather quickly.
I think the coupon book, the previous parking lot owners “ Park ‘n Fly” had with Costco was a brilliant marketing plan.
It was $8.00 a day with the coupon. The parking lot was then occasionally close to 100% full on a few trips to the airport, when it was called “Park n Fly”.
