Parking was easy. Finding the correct area to park was a little confusing but that is probably just because it was our first time and we did not know we can choose any uncovered. Pick up to the airport was immediate. When we landed home, even though it was nearly 1am there was a shuttle right outside for us. Driver (dave?) 1 am Friday12/4- met us outside with big smile and took our bags in. As we turned out there was an older lady just arriving to wait and he circled around to get her. I thought that was very kind and shows he is not just doing a job but he actually cares. He waited for her to get into her car when dropping her off. Very efficient process and the kindest drivers I have yet to experience. Absolutely no wait whatsoever.

It was very easy to park the shuttle. Was there soon after we parked all employees were friendly and helpful and when we arrived home, it didn't take very much time for the shuttle to come and get pick us up

Ater we parked we didn't have to wait very long for a shuttle to come by to take us to the airport. Likewise, when we returned from our trip, a shuttle came right away.
The only thing that could be better is for you to advise people that they need to show the QR code in order to get out of the facility. The paper with the code was still in my carry-on luggage and I had to get out of the driver's seat and retrieve the paper from the carry-on.
Everything ran smoothly!! Assistance with bags and being so prompt/on time to pick us up to and from the airport!! Great Job!

Integrate tipping in the parking spot app. Scanning a QR code on a shaky bus is not a good solution. The bus driver should scan a QR code from the app from each person entering the bus. This will tell him which parking spots to drive to and this will allow the riders to tip their drivers when they concluded their stay.
