It was easy to find parking in covered spaces. Shuttle picks you up at parking space. No need to walk to find Shuttle. Shuttle drivers were very friendly helped load baggage into Shuttle. Quick 5 minute drive to Dallas Love terminal. Just need to be able to drop closer to terminal doors. When returning very quick to find Shuttle Parking Spot 1 Shuttle. They have 2 Shuttles make sure you pick the right Shuttle. Give driver your location and space card when returning. Shuttle driver drops you right at your vehicle. With coupon the price was comparable to airport parking but the service was better. I enjoyed knowing I had a spot reserved and wasn't going to have a struggle finding a space. Exit from the lot was painless since I prepaid.

I love that you get picked up and dropped off at your car so you're not having to log in a parking lot, especially in the middle of the night. The first time I parked here my return flight got me back to my car at 2:00 a.m. and when that shuttle driver took my suitcase and rolled it to my back bumper as they were dropping me off. You guys got a lifetime customer.

I had a very long day and long flight. I was in a terrible mood and extremely tired. Started my flight around 10am from out of the country. Didn't get to my car until around 7pm. Loaded up pull to the gate, scanned the qr code and went through the gate. Seamless exit. I highly recommend this location. I've been using it for years
