I have been using the parking spot for years. Rates are reasonable, and shuttle drivers are always so nice, courteous, and respectful. Thank you for employing the drivers who are truly passionate about what they do rather than just "working" for a paycheck.

I lost my phone and couldn’t check out with the app. I realized my phone must still be on the van. The woman at checkout called the driver who searched for my phone and brought it back on his next run. Both employees were so kind and helpful. I always park at the Parking Spot when I travel.

Driver was outstanding, and even waited for us to find our keys and make sure our car started after he dropped us off. The check out with smooth, as we actually owed for another day than what we prepaid for.

Quick and polite

I had made two separate bookings for two different trips on different dates. Please explain why I paid different rates.

The speed of the process from online reservations to the parking and pick up within minutes and then after travel just going to the designated spot and a bus is usually there already.
One of the greatest qualities are the bus drivers. They always help with luggage are so very kind and thoughtful. they help with onloading and when off loading if not right in front of your car, they will walk to your car with the luggage. I am a woman with health issues and this is such a great service. I have used the Parking Spot often and every driver and booth attendant get a 10+ rating. This is very important when you are anxious at these times.

Also, this time it was so very hot out and there was cold water at the gate, that was so convenient as I was very parched at that point. Very nice touch!!!!

It’s super easy to get in and out. The buses are always very quick to get to you once you arrive. I use the Parking Spot every chance I get.

It's the same parking lot we have always used, just new name and new systems for paying on-line. The advance pay rate was a good discount and worth doing. The lot is much bigger, take a while to find your way out with all the construction. Should be great when completed. Whenever that is!

The gate attendants and the drivers have always been 100% pleasant! Been going here for over seven years without one exception!

The vans are very prompt and picking you up within the parking lot once you park. (I always do the covered parking because you never know when hail is going to show up.).

Upon return the vans arrive within minutes! I must stay in the past three years there has been a tremendous improvement in the number of vans and that they literally show up within minutes.

If you have AAA membership, enter the info in the Parking Spot app and you get a discount. You also get a discount for pre-paying which also is very convenient because you will already have the QR code needed to leave the lot when you return. You also receive points toward Parking discount when you enroll.

Lastly, the app is wonderful and easy to navigate.

Very friendly and helpful with bags and such. Buses are getting old and beat up though, but expected considering the Utah roads.
