Guest Testimonials

Location, quick pickup, friendly drivers and free car wash and water.

Wry easy to reserve a spot, get in, bus picks you and your luggage at your car and deposits you at the gate you need to be. Cuts out a lot of luggage handling. And great when you’re back from
The trip. Easy to get to pickup spot, delivers you to your car and easy to pay to get out. And your car is under cover in a gated area and safe and sound. So worth every penny!!

Drivers are friendly and nice.

Location is easy to find and drive to. Process of reserving and paying is easy. The shuttle was prompt, clean, and the driver was very friendly.

Quick pickup

The drivers go out of their way to help and you never have to wait long for them. Prices are fair.

I am able to schedule my parking spot months in advance, and often get a good discount on parking at The Parking Spot. I like being able to park off-site from the airport, have a shuttle take me directly to the airport, and pick me up almost immediately when I arrive home again. I don't know any other parking service that is as efficient and worth the cost as The Parking Spot. You are my favorite, and I have recommended your location to multiple people.

covered parking. competitive rates. shuttles are frequent. convenient to mco.

bus driver had the heat on the van was sweltering. other than that service was okay, thanks

Convenience. Arrival and pickup coordination with all drivers. When I returned to Atlanta, Mr. Ali was extremely pleasant. He greeted every person and took my bags to my trunk. Would love it if all drivers had his level of service. Thank you Mr. Ali!

Quick pick up and Return. If flying out of Columbus, I will always use The Parking Spot.

I’m very happy with the Parking Spot. It’s conveniently located and the prices are competitive to the airport parking without having to drive on site. I am a repeat user and I highly recommend it.

Good driver fast service and they drop you at or very close to your car.

Friendly drivers, not wait time. Very easy to use.

Professional drivers. Reserved parking space.

Convenience, safe parking and pick up

We thoroughly enjoyed our first parking spot stay. My husband realized he left his phone in our car and the driver was able to take him back to retrieve it quickly.

Convenient locations, covered parking spots, shuttle service from trunk to the terminal always with very friendly and helpful drivers! The cold water bottle on the way out is such a kind and thoughtful and appreciated touch! Thank you for always a positive and easy parking experience!

I like the QR coded entry even at inconvenient times. The drivers are always polite and professional and most importantly, punctual. Even at 11:20 p.m. I only had to wait about 5 minutes for a shuttle back to my vehicle. The rates are very good and I've often made use of special discounts.

You're very well organized and reliable.
