The service was tremendous - no waiting after parking my car. The entire process was quicker than if I were to have parked in the airport long-term parking....and less expensive.

When I arrive, I don't have to wait long to get onto a shuttle to the airport. Pick up from the airport is generally pretty quick. And if I do have to wait, I love using the app to see where the closest bus is so I know approximately how much long I'll need to wait. The bus drivers have always been friendly, courteous, and helpful loading and unloaded my luggage on/off the bus. The Parking Spot has been my go to shuttle service for the past several years and I don't see myself switching as long as the quality of services stays the same!

Very convenient. I feel my assets are secure in the lot while I am away. I personally feel safe as the lot(s) are always tended by human personnel. All of the employees are friendly and willing to help, make exceptions to call drivers to let them know where you are. I have used the Dallas Love Lot 1 and The Spot in Irving and both have the same standards. Bravo! Keep up the excellent customer service and business model.
