The friendliness of the employees, always watching to make sure you’re going to the right parking aisle, calling the shuttle to let them know someone is waiting , when I leave the lot they thank me and always say good bye ; now a days it’s hard to find customer service personel to greet you , and for that I give them KUDOS to all of them .
First time we have used it and it was so easy and hassle free. Only pain was coming home having to get luggage to shuttle from baggage. We’re older and going down the long ramp with luggage and carry on was an experience
The Parking Spot is the BOMB! Courteous, caring people who go the extra mile. My family of six adults recently took an Alaska cruise leaving from Seattle. The Flight out of ATL. connected. We left oyur car at the FLY lot. OFf we went, returned 10 days later at 11pm. on Sun.Very little wait time at the terminal, and everything got loaded, bus was full. A little confusion unloading, but we were sure we got it all. NOT! We are hrs. from ATL., in Perry, Ga. realized at home we left one on the bus. OUR FAULT, should have had better identifying tags. Called back that same night, gave them a heads-up about bag, very courteous, caring people. Bag was waiting for us when we got back there Mon. morning. KIUDOS to The Parking Spot! Great organization. Certainly will do business again! THANKS SO MUCH!!!!!!

I always have a great experience parking at Dallas Love Parking Spot! The lot was easy to access, well-lit if it’s dark, and I feel very safe. The entry and exit process is smooth.
The shuttle service is prompt and friendly, and the drivers were helpful with luggage. When I returned, everything went just as smoothly—my car was right where I left it, and checkout took only a minute.
Overall, I highly recommend parking here if you’re flying out of Love Field. Convenient, clean, secure, and worth every penny!
