The ease of parking and commuting to our terminal.

Here’s what we didn’t like. Upon our return, Friday January 12, 2024, around 7:20PM, we exited the terminal and saw the Parking Spot 2 shuttle parked on the shoulder. Great, right? Temps had dropped into the teens and windchills below zero. When we approached, the operator wouldn’t open the door. We knocked, and still, he left us and others outside for a couple minutes. There’s no excuse for this.

Your operation results in a smooth and stress-free parking situation for us. We are directed to a parking area where a shuttle is usually there before we even unload our luggage. When we return, your shuttles are always in the arrival area so we have never had to call for one.

Your key points of contact are the van drivers and the gate attendants. So I had contact with three people. They were all friendly and courteous, which was really nice. Only recommendation would be that you probably need a dedicated van for Terrminal D - Terminal D is all backed up with construction and you might as well just have one van going back and forth to D while the others serve A, B, C, & E.

I like the quick pick up and drop off right at my car.

Everything about my experience there has been seamless. From pickup to drop-off to check-out, everyone was super helpful and kind. My driver on my way back was Brian and he was super friendly and courteous. I waited barely a minute prior to getting pickup up by him and promptly taken back to my car. I had been on such a long journey with a flight delay and cancel and the staff at TPS Will Clayton truly helped me make it home!
