went well as far as getting picked up. The only concern I have is the covered parking we were delivered last vs first priority. Covered cots more and is souppose to be premium service.
Everything waa perfect! It was extremely easy to book, the shuttle service waa great for drop off and pick up. I had to extend my stay due to the snowstorm, it was easy to do through the app. Would highly recommend

Beyond convenient and with the most cordial shuttle drivers and customer service assistants when called for help. Also my car was totally cleared of all the snow and ice even tho I was stranded for four days beyond my reservation. The Parking Spot is the only choice for stable parking.

I like everything except I will not be back. I was charged a discounted rate for 7 days which was great but my plane came in late and I had to wait at passport control for an hour so you charged me $20 penalty for getting back 2 hours late. It did not go into another day, I was in the same 24hr day period. Felt taken advantage of.
