Easy to find. No problem with in and out traffic. Traffic light was essential for this busy road. App worked great.

The Parking Spot West is easy to reserve ahead of your trip and the location (for us) is easy to navigate. It's an ideal location for those returning home taking 71 toward Bastrop. Our vehicle has always been well shaded, safe, and exactly as we left it. The shuttle service to the terminals is a quick ride and the drivers are always helpful offloading your luggage for you. I enjoy the option to pay upfront or upon exit, and the QR codes that have been incorporated inside the shuttles for ease of tipping; I don't typically travel with cash if I can help it. Thank you Parking Spot West for taking good care of your customers.

On line reservations and automated gates

It is convenient and priced well. The drivers are usually really nice as well.

Prompt…….helpful with luggage…..always friendly!

Love the undercover parking and the quick pickups. Never waited more than 10 min for a bus .

This service was very easy to use, and the location is convenient to Charlotte airport. The employees with whom I engaged were very polite and professional. I really appreciated the grace period--I was a few minutes beyond my scheduled time and was not charge for an extra day. Highly recommended!

Way check in and out. Easy to book on line. Way pickup at car to airport.

Y'all are great - easy come / easy go - very minimal wait time on both side of the trip. If im going to be critical at all , i would suggest replacing shocks sooner than later on a few of your vans ..drivers are always professional

We have always had a great experience and we appreciate the options for discounts when we make a reservation.

Organized and prompt, great customer service from our driver!

Simple, convenient, speedy

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. It makes a stressful situation easier to deal with. I will use your service every time im at the airport. Thanks!

I like there always parking spaces available. I would like to have a tracker for when the bus is going to come in the parking lot. Many buses moving around the lot but none of them were for the “basic” lot. It was 98 degrees outside and we waited over 25 mins for a bus. The bus that did arrive had no A/C.

It is easy and convenient to park with you at the airport. No long walks, pickup and dropoff at my vehicle is terrific!

Convenient

It is nice that the parking is close enough to the airport and just as accessible as the airports long term parking, but significantly cheaper. The drivers are always pleasant and informative and the transportation has been timely and promptly available when departing or arriving.

Good service!

Quick. Easy to get in and out of. Punctual. Close to the airport. And probably most of all ….. COVERED PARKING !!
You should consider putting solar panels on the roof ….. you’ve got enough area that you’d be v able to power a small city !

Everyone is so nice and helpful. I always find a space in covered.

Easy, quick, reliable.

Ease of parking, leaving and quick pick ups

Reliable and convenient

Quick pick up and delivery

The wait time from parking to getting on a shuttle is minimal.

The dedication of your drivers. The quick transfer from our car to the shuttle and the same on return. The journey was made smoother because they were there.

It was easy to use and love that they took you right to the SPOT you parked, I would use this service again for sure!

Very easy and clean

I love getting picked up and dropped off right at my vehicle. The drivers are friendly and are usually very prompt. Only once did I have to wait 20 minutes at the lot to get picked up. The reservation process is also very easy.

always a pleasant experience! get in quickly, driver always right behind and ready to pick up and drop off. Never waited more than a couple minutes at the airport before a bus shows up.
