Both drivers on pick-up and drop-off were prompt and courteous. They also helped us with our large luggage bags. We appreciated that help. Also we liked getting dropped off right in front of our car and no need to search for our car. Just as a suggestion, you might want to remind passengers when you take them to the airport that the card your driver gives them is a big help when they return to the airport and get dropped off at their car. A couple of passengers in our van did not know the card would be needed later and the poor driver had to drive around a bit in order for them to find their car. Just a suggestion as it will make things easier for the drivers.

This parking space is so safe and a nice place. As soon as you park your car, someone will come and pick you up to take you to the airport and that is so nice about this parking. I left my car for five days and everything was the same.
