When I say this I mean it, they were awesome! We flew out of BWI on 11/29 at 6AM and what started as a super early morning took a crazy turn that could have made our vacation go terrible wrong. As we were exiting our vehicle and getting ready to load up onto the shuttle my wallet slipped out of my pocket and got left behind on the driver seat of our vehicle. My family and I didn’t realize this happened until right before we got in line at TSA and I started scrambling trying to figure out where my wallet could have been lost. My wife decided to jump on the phone and call you guys to see if maybe it was left on the shuttle, the driver responded to the person we were on the phone with and said it wasn’t the shuttle. The man who was working at the gate of the parking lot asked what vehicle we had and was kind enough to go to our vehicle and look through the window. At that point in time he could see my wallet was laying on the sit and dispatched a shuttle to come back to pick up me fast. The shuttle driver was there in a matter of seconds and quickly got me back to my vehicle and back to the airport gate. If it wasn’t for the awesome customer service, coordination and effort of the team that was working that early morning, my trip could have potentially been ruined. We appreciate everyone who was involved and will always recommend you guys.

I had a great experience, the staff was very friendly on the way to and from the airport. I was able to get the shuttle immediately to the airport and had less than a 5 minute wait to get on the shuttle back to my car.

On Thursday 12/4 at about 5 am I dropped my car and key at valet. But I left the wrong key! The folks on duty went above and beyond to retrieve the correct key as I was just about to board my flight and I really appreciated all their efforts! I will definitely not make that mistake again, but instead of ruining my trip, your employees went put of their way to help.

I have used the parking spot and a couple of places like Philadelphia, New Jersey. I have always been pleased with the service provided. The drivers are very courteous and always on time for pickups. The locations are usually very close to the airport.

The easiest way to park and take shuttle to airport the driver immediately give your location where you park so you don’t even have to think about it.

The prompt service for dropping off the car and getting the shuttle to the airport, as well as when you return are second to none!!! Also, the pleasant drivers make you feel very comfortable.

We love the location and great friendly and helpful service............

The experience was perfect. I was nervous traveling alone at 3:30 am but the lot was well lit up and the gentlemen that greeted me at the valet parking could not have been kinder. He unloaded my luggage and carried all of it to the bus pick up spot and the bus was there to pick me up to take me across to the airport within minutes. The driver loaded all my luggage for me and within 6 minutes I was at the drop off at Newark. He even helped give me directions on where to go once I was inside the airport.
I wish I knew about the Parking Spot sooner but I am going to be a loyal customer from now on!!
