Friendly attendants and drivers.
I like how easy it is to make reservations online and the convenience of having a quick pickup when I get back to the airport. Also, in the winter months when you come back home, the my vehicle is cleaned off and ready to go. I have been a customer for years.
It's easy to book ahead of time and the entry and exit process is smooth and streamlined, making what can often be a hectic travel day, one step easier. Also the shuttles run on a fairly timely manner meaning that you can count on getting to the terminal on time.

Service is good on your end on what you can control. But the pick up at the international airport is horribly disorganized and out of control. I hold the airport more responsible than I do the offsite parking vendors. It’s so out of control that I prefer to ride the train to the new domestic side where it’s much more organized.
Covered parking area is well lit, contactless pre pay parking is easy and shuttle pickup waits are generally less than 15 minutes.

With The Parking Spot I like the ease of parking, getting picked quickly by the van & the courtesy of the drivers. And the drivers'knowledge. I let them know my gate & that I do TSA pre-check. They know what entrence to drop me off to get to the TSA pre-check. And, again, the courtesy of all the drivers!
