Way to use and book. You do not have to wait for a shuttle. Although further away than most, definitely the quickest of all the offsite parking.

From the minute I made my reservations for parking at the Parking Spot at the Columbus Airport, the entire process was seamless and glitch free.
The only disappointment I have is that The Parking Spot have increased their parking rates several folds in 2026.
They should provide some discounts at least for seniors.

It’s really easy to book whether it’s online or from the app. I get points for Parking for work, so I get FREE days on vacation.
Getting into the lot and Parking is easy and quick and the drivers are always very nice.

When I get to my spot, the bus is pretty fast to pick me up and get me to my terminal. If there was a lag, I would not use the service.

Parking at the Parking Spot is always easy and has little to no wait times in the process of coming and going.

Not only is the parking convenient to the airport, the staff is incredibly friendly and courteous. After arriving at the airport to depart, I realized I had left my phone in the car. I rushed back to the shuttle pick-up spot to find a shuttle waiting there. I told the driver my situation, he radioed dispatch and told them he was bringing me back to retrieve my phone. They made sure I got there and back in plenty of time to catch my flight. That's the kind of customer service that's hard to come by today.

When checking out # 3 and #2 lane just said processing and cars were having to back up to go to # 1. There could have been a wreck. There were three employees in the room to the left of #1 lane as well as the checkout person. No one really cared and they could clearly see.

My auto checkout worked fine by scanning in #1 but I stopped to tell the person in lane 1 about the situation. I got the feeling of very little concern.

I will give yall one more shot.

Easy to park and get the shuttle to the airport. The shuttle is very prompt picking me up and my car is running and ready for me when I get there. I would highly recommend parking here.

I like the convenience that it is right off of Hwy 141, easy to get too. I have always had a
Shuttle waiting for me when I arrive. Last week there was a shuttle waiting when I landed. The driver was very patient and waited for me to get to the bus. The drivers have always been very friendly and helpful.
