Very efficient, very helpful drivers.
Very easy and affordable
I can readily reserve a spot...like to do so ahead of time...and there has always been a space for us. The shuttle is there when we arrive, sometimes upon return from BDL a shuttle is full, but if you look down the road, there's another one just waiting to pull down to where they pick passengers up. No matter what time of day or night, the shuttle has been there when it says it will be. I note here that when we do self check in the driver gives us a business card with our space number on it, which is good (seniors do forget sometimes). When we return, grab our checked luggage, and check to see if I need to call, usually I don't because the shuttle is there.
What I dislike is people who do not tip the driver that lugs the heavy bags onto the shuttle....my rule of thumb is...$5 per bag less than most people's a.m. beverages... (I make coffee at home, no Dunkin' or Starbucks for us)
Quick pick up and electric car charging.
Fast and worry free shuttle service with polite drivers !!!!!

Your drivers were very helpful and kind.
Very easy and reasonable. The drivers and all staff are very professional and super nice. They always offer water too. I use the valet service and highly recommend it. It’s so nice to get picked up at the airport in a timely manner and have your car ready and waiting. The staff always helps with luggage and are so friendly. You hardly know they’re working.
