I left my $1200 CPAP unit on the bus to DFW from the North lot. The driver turned it in to the office. I discovered it was missing upon arrival at our destination. I called the office and they had it. I was so thankful! I picked up the unit when I returned. Every employee I spoke with was very helpful. I left a tip for the driver. We will use your service EVERY time we have a flight out of DFW. Perfect service every time we've used you. Thank you so much!!!!!!!!

The ease of covered parking
Friendly drivers rarely have to wait for a bus to or back from the airport. Wish you would bring back the valet.

Awesome customer service
I think the facility is well run. It's easy to get in, park and get to the airport. Shuttles are abundant. I was particulary happy when Premium indoor parking was made available. I'm a fanatic about my car and indoor parking is great. The frequent parker program is pretty generous giving points that can be used for future reservations. They also discount for AAA and other programs. A member also gets the reservation fee deleted.
The ONLY reason I don't give a "10" is because of the roller coaster pricing that exists. I average at least 20 days of parking each month. I don't always know my schedule enough time ahead to take advantage of early booking (which was recommended by customer service). The rates can triple per day during certain times (not always holidays, it's a mystery why the massive fluctuation. There is a monthly parking program for covered parking but not for indoor. I appreciate all the perks and the facility and will continue to park there. I just wish something could be done to make the rates more stable for as often as I park there.
