Very convenient. Shuttle was waiting for us to take us to the airport when we arrived. We did have to wait about 15 - 20 minutes for the shuttle when returning and we did use the app to indicate that we had returned. But once we were picked up at the airport, the driver drove us to our car very quickly. Also, everyone was very nice!
