I really enjoyed my first experience with parking spot. I did the self park option and it went very well. I was especially nervous about arriving in the early hours of the day and having someone available. I believe his name is Kelvin and he was absolutely amazing. Helped me unload my bags and made sure my car started. I would definitely choose the service again. The next time I fly.

We had a wonderful experience with Sarita. We were driving around without knowing where we were going, and she saw that we were lost, so she had us follow her golf cart to the basic area. Thank you so much Sarita for being kind and patient! We will be back again!

i have usedparking spot for a long time i generally fly out of bush but this time i flew out of hobby the staff was very polite and friendly my one compliant is the the sign in front of your place was half out which caused me to miss this location. please fix you sign i am sure i am not the only one this has happened too

I was on the bus Saturday, July 4,2026 around 7PM. Leon was the driver at BDL.

I was extremely impressed that he brought me to my car first in Row Y and then he took a man to his car after me.
