Covered parking, friendly and courteous drivers who loaded large bags into our vehicle, and complementary water. Best of all, a team member that quickly corrected an overcharge on my parking stay at the exit gate when the automated system thought I had parked in an area outside what I had purchased. Well, done, Parking Spot West team!

I have loved your service UNTIL this last visit. Normally the van pulls up before you even have your suitcase out of the car, BUT last time I waited 15-20 minutes before a van came. Grateful it wasn't bad weather but what was up? I can appreciate a delay but someone should have come around and told us "we know you're there" running late, something!
