Easy. Quick pick up at car and return to car

Always dependable. We had a pretty long wait for pickup at the airport but Parking Spot 2 kept the buses coming and all of the Parking Spot waiting lines were being managed by staff and well-organized. That was appreciated since there were probably several hundred people in line for the four Parking Spot locations.

It was a convenient way to leave a vehicle at the airport for a reasonable price. Drop off was seamless. Pickup was good but I could see where it could get frustrating timing the shuttle.

Friendly drivers very helpful with the luggage and take you right to your terminal . So nice not to have to fight the traffic at the terminal

The shuttle was right there as soon as we parked. The service is very efficient. Drivers and gate staff are always friendly.

This time everything went awesome! Normally, we have to wait 30 to 40 minutes for a bus, but this time we had one as we walked out of the airport and got right into our car, which was awesome

It’s much easier to enter and exit as I don’t do valet. There is always a driver there to collect my bag andvquickly and bring me to my airline.
