Easy check in and out. shuttle service was good

This time, 10/24/25-10/26/25 was swift and friendly. Traveling for business is streessful enough and it is a welcomed relief to be greeted by friendly, helpful employees.

Convenience

Most trips I take The Parking Spot 1 in Atlanta for granted because I don't have any troubles, just in and out. My last trip reminded me of why I park there and not at the airport!
I came home to a dead battery at 1am and they were able to immediately take care of it. I also left my phone on the shuttle and another driver radio'd the shuttle and they came right back to me so I could get it. Then I had trouble with the check out machine and the cashier helped me right away. All of this took less than 30 minutes and I was on my way by 1:30m. Thank you Parking Spot 1!

Professional , Polite and Prompt

This was my fourth time using The Parking Spot East and I haven't had an issue yet. The workers are all very nice and helpful. The service to the airport is generally quick and upon leaving, the bottles of water as you exit are a nice touch.

The parking spot makes using LAX as your airport a breeze. Quick in and out at at the parking facility on Century and most of all lots of shuttles, i have never had a long wait.

The drivers and staff are all polite and professional.

Once we arrived at parking lot, shuttle picked us up by our car very quickly, our driver was very friendly, put our luggage into the shuttle. Once we arrived back in Chicago, the shuttle came very quickly and we were lucky and got the same driver who went out of his way to load our luggage and was just as friendly as the day we left.

Easy to access, park and shuttle to terminal. The ride is short and time predictable.

I was able to reserve a parking spot for my son with my account so he could park at the airport for his flight. My account on my app worked great and everything went smoothly with the QR code I sent him so he could get into the lot and out of the lot for his trip.

staff is always cheerful and helpful and takes us to the right place.
