It is easy to get to. Staff is very helpful. Parking areas are well lit. Quick pick up from returning flight. Check in and out super quick and easy.
The best thing about The Parking Spot is their quick response time after you call for a ride. Used other people and the spot is always quick. The next best thing is the eagerness of the employees to make the customer happy. Do not see this eagerness very often. We had a situation come up our last trip and we did not know what to do. Your driver jumped in and solved our problem without making us feel bad. Could not believe someone would go out of their way to be such a big help. I have used The Parking Spot twice now and both times your company did a great job. I will definitely be using you again and will highly recommend your company to my friends.
P.S. - The water offer when we were leaving is a great idea.

Easy parking at all hours, fast friendly shuttle pick up and drive to airport. Never have to wait more than a few minutes if at all to get the return shuttle .

Also appreciate quick pickup at the Charlotte airport and drop off at my car.
No issue with reservation. Easy pickup right at car and drop off at Southwest gate. Upon return, bus dropped me right at my car.
