Prompt and very helpful drivers.
I really like how convenient it is to park and pay. I also like how quickly i can get a ride when returning from along trip and rushing through the airport. My only improvement note would be when first arriving to park, I wish there was a better, faster way to notify a driver that we are waiting to be picked up. Maybe there can be a notification button that lights up in specific areas throughout the parking areas that people can walk to and wait. Either they take a pic of their parking spot, enter it in their app, or enter it on a digital box near a waiting area or something. Sometimes waiting to be taken to the airport can take a while and you feel unsure if someone knows you are ready to be picked up. It can feel like you are being passed.
love the discounts and ease of booking.
