Parking was great…pickup from airport went smoothly, but we waited 30 minutes for the van to take us to the airport. We will use Parking Spot again but suggest you do better with parking lot pickup.

The quick pick up from the time I park until I get in the van . The personnel are always in a great mood. Even when challenged by goofy customers, they are great.

Most of the time everything, but last week upon returning my QR code was accepted but said I owed another $9.25. You have my card on file why can’t you just charge the additional day to my card instead of making me use the CC machine!!😡
Easy access from interstate and well organized lay out. The shuttles are clean, drivers are courteous and they run in a timely manner. It may not be the closest, but it is my preferred parking location!!!
