Your drivers are always friendly and helpful with the large luggage. I have been using Parking Spot 2 for years, and my car is always safe and exactly how I left it. Friendly, professional, and prompt service! I recommend using the app. This allows you to tip the driver, which seems like the best thing to do since they are so helpful, as well as operate the gates. Normally I don't like apps because they reduce person-to-person interaction. But in this case, you are automating things that allow better interaction. The ease in use of this parking lot actually is what keeps BWI as are go-to airport.

its easy to schedule online. easy to get in. shuttles are ready and nice people. we had to wait at the airport for two differents shuttles. it was busy. im going again in november. we will be doing it again.

Overall good, however shuttle wait at car was around 10-15 minutes on hot day, july 2.

I’ll give it a 10 out of 10. The driver is always so kind. They take you right to your car. They help you with your luggage if needed. They wait until you get in your car. Rain or shine, I can count on your services. Thank you.
