Great customer service. I am handicap and it seems very confusing as to what I should do if I select basic parking, but when I get there the Basic handicap spots are full, so I was told to park in the other handicap spots that near the main building. Then what happens is a discussion on additional charges, etc. It would also seem if I am able to park in Basic Handicap, I still have to get myself over the pickup area in front of the building. I really do not know what the procedures are. Can someone please explain.

They make parking very easy. They took us to the airport as soon as we arrived and made it very easy to catch the shuttle back to our car.

The Parking Soot is so convenient. The staff is amazing, always professional and hospitable. I love How they meet you at your car and deliver you back to your parking place upon return which is welcomed after a long travel day.

The Parking Spot South is very convenient to I-10. I live in the southern part of the Valley.
I have been using this parking lot since Blue Sky Shuttle opened in 2010 or 2011. Blue Sky Shuttle was locally owned and I wanted to support that.
I never have to wait long at the parking lot or the airport for the shuttle to arrive. I only fly once or twice a year, but when I do fly, it’s great to know that I have a safe place to park my car.

Upon arriving at the parking facility, am always quickly picked up and taken to terminal. Drivers are always very helpful, courteous and pleasant. Same goes for return trip to parking lot.
