Fast service in and outbound.

It is easy to make reservations. I like they app and the ability to make changes as needed. The service to and from is good. There has been times that the driver is not friendly, however, it is not that often.

The parking is covered and easy. The shuttle is there within seconds of parking your car. The pickup was very easy and did not wait long for shuttle and you also get a bottle of cold water as you exit. Very easy and convenient.

Kaleab is easily the best driver you have at MCI--and by a big margin. I use Parking Spot 20 times a year and no other driver is as courteous or as competent as Kaleab. Management should do something nice for him, I hope you know how lucky you are to have him.

I still think The Parking Spot is still the best deal in town for folks flying out of MDW. I have found the parking lot to be clean, well-lit, and I like that the spaces are cramped not closely together. I also appreciate the shuttle service. And booking the reservation on the app is simple and straightforward. That said, there were a couple of "minuses" for me this time around: (1) It took an unusually long time for the shuttle bus to pick up the passengers from the arrival lane at the airport. (It seemed there were only two buses operating at the time.) (2) The payment kiosk at the parking lot's departure did not allow mobile tap payment from my phone. Please make this available. It is 2026, and the Parking Spot needs to get with the times!

I've used THE PARKING SPOT for more than 15 years now.
I find their level of service has gotten extremely better than when in the first years was a customers. Their staff is accommodating and always get me to the EWR terminal safely and on time. I just hope they can improve their shuttle buses with better shocks as the roads around and in the airport are horrible!

Easy to reserve, flexibility of pay at reservation or exit, flexibility of time allowance for entry / exit since air travel can be unpredictable, easy entry / exit with app. Prompt pickup from my parking space, friendly and professional drivers who help with bags. I appreciate the option to tip drivers online in case I forget cash. The return drop off at my space is well organized with my space # recorded on a paper card.
