It was all good. Very nice and helpful driver on way to airport. He get 10 out of 10. Quick trip and easy access to terminal. Driver back to lot parked at far end of pick up area which was a bit inconvenient. Not quie as helpful as 1st driver but still good. He'd get 8 out of 10. All in all, an easy experience.

VERY EASY TO BOOK RESERVATIONS. ELECTRONIC CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT WORKS VERY WELL. PERSONAL IS VERY HELPFUL. THE PARKING SPOT CLUB AND GETTING POINTS FOR BOOKINGS IS A BIG PLUS, THE DISCOUNT HELPS AND IS A GREAT INCENTIVE TO KEEP USING THE SERVICE. SECURITY IS VERY GOOD AND ALWAYS FEEL SAFE IN KEEPING MY AUTOMOBILE PARK AT YOUR FACILITIES.

Normally I have not had an issue with my parking at The
Parking Spot. This year was an exception, not all The Parking Spot's fault. I was flying on Southwest to Midway out of Bradley CT airport. They canceled my flight for Dec. 22, 2023 after I had already parking my car. I had to retrieve my baggage and head back to my car. My issue is The Parking Spot graciously voided my entry for Dec 23rd but told me to rebook my spot for the next day when Southwest would try to fly again. I downloaded your app and rescheduled my parking spot. However when I booked my original spot on Nov. 7th, 2023 my daily parking rate for uncovered self park was $5.95/day for 6 days. When I rebooked my parking spot after Southwest cancelled my flight, my daily rate jumped to $15.50/day for 5 days. I know it is not your fault my flight was cancelled, but you are punishing me for making last minute reservation at a higher daily rate.

Somehow, The Parking Spot should be able to manually schedule my new reservation using my original parking rate per day. After I called and complained, your Agent was thorough and gave me credit for an earned day along with my AAA discount but i still paid $20.08 more than original cost for 1 day less. This is not fair to your customer. Also I had to call back on Dec 29th to have your office credit it me back as they booked me for valet parking rate when your lot was full on the 24th.

Drivers are helpful, kind and courteous

I like that it is easy to schedule and reserve a spot. Entry and exit is seamless. I am ALWAYS confident that my vehicle will be exactly where and how I left it! I accidentally left my windows open ...for 3 weeks once! Well, okay, the car was a bit damp but nothing was touched and the car was exactly as I left it. I feel that this is a very secure location. I have always have good experience with the staff whether in person or on the phone through customer service. My questions and concerns are always answered and "situations" resolved. I also do not think that I have waited more than 3 minutes for a van pick up from the airport! Thanks TPS!!

Friendly professional service. Easy drop off and pick up. Our Car is always waiting when we arrive. The AAA Discount is an added value.

I like the cheaper price per day by booking a reservation ahead of time.

It has covered parking and close to the airport, easy check-in and check-out from the parking lot.

I can't give you all a 10 because I feel all alone at check out time. Usually I have to wait at the gate until someone comes to complete the transaction. It can be a few minutes. There are no directions or instructions at the window.
