The service is timely and caring. The drivers are congenial and helpful. When I call for a ride, they give me a very valid timeline, which is great.
The drivers are always friendly and helpful! The reservation process is smooth and easy and when I check out with an attendant they are also friendly and efficient. Bus is clean and well cared for. Most important as a woman often traveling alone for work I’ve always felt safe. I’ve parked at your facilities since the lot next to Drury first opened wouldn’t park anywhere else!

An observation-we returned to ATL @ 11:15 PM. The line to board the shuttle bus was long. I asked where the end of the line was located. I was told I was at the beginning. I walked to the other end and asked if it was the end of the line. I was told it was the beginning.
When the van arrived the pandemonium to board what I imagine it was like on the Titanic attempting to board the life boats. It was a full on Rugby scrum.
If the ATL airport authority will allow it please install ropes or perhaps cables (think amusement park) to organize the waiting line. Also, consider larger signs identifying where the various Parking Spot shuttles stop.
