We like the location of Parking Spot 2, never have to wait too long to be dropped off or picked up at the airport, staff and drivers are friendly.

Easy to make reservations, easy to park and easy to get out. My only complaint is the parking doesn't offer wheel chair transportation to and from the airport.

I like the secure feeling of the enclosed parking lot. The drivers are so helpful and kind, helping with luggage, and even finding my car when I hadn’t received a card from the previous driver.
Had great service both when we parked and when we returned. The driver picked us up right away as we pulled into our parking spot and was friendly and helpful with our luggage. On the return trip, there was a shuttle waiting as we left the airport, the driver again helped us with our luggage both in and out of the shuttle and took us directly to our vehicle. I really like using the spot for airport parking

I like the conveniency of doing it online but mostly doing it correctly online without having to call anyone for errors. I like the shuttle that picks you up and drops you off so you don't have to struggle and they lift your bags too. What a great service you offer individuals!

The services of the Parking Spot are very convenient and helpful. The proximity to the airport and ease of reserving a parking space is a plus. As well, having covered spaces for parking is an attractive feature. I have used the facility in Orlando for many years and have always been pleased with the service and the results.
