The service at the Parking Spot East in St. Louis was top notch. Upon arrival the shuttle was waiting to take us to the airport and when we returned the shuttle arrived quickly to return us to our car. I would definitely recommend the Parking Spot East.

I love your services your drivers are awesome. However I just returned from a trip on 1/14 I was parked in the covered parking for 2 weeks close to the edge (where I was told to go) and when we returned there was snow and about 2 inches of ice on the windshield. It took us 40 minutes in-10 degrees to thaw and scrape the windshield in covered parking. I will continue to use your service because it’s always been good, I have another trip booked in 2 weeks, but will be more mindful of where I park next time.
