The service provided at Park n Fly is outstanding. The facility is vey clean, organized, and the attendants are attentive. Their shuttle to the airport is comfortable and the pickup upon return is always timely. I highly recommend their service.

Prompt response to get me to the airport and the driver was helpful in clearing the ice and snow from my car on my return. Also giving me a bottle of water was a nice touch too.

The best two things was a timely pickup in a snow storm and the driver was gracious enough to give us a scraper to rid our vechile of the 9 inches of snow that accumulated. He waited for us to get done scraping . We chose to park in an uncovered parking spot. Don’t think I’ll be making that mistake again in the winter months. All in all everything was explained well. I would definitely use the Parking Spot again!!

Everything worked as promised. The parking was quick, the pickup was quick, the driver was helpful, and the same can be said for the return. It could be a little cheaper though. But I guess it cost to provide good service. Merry Christmas.

The attendant, when I pulled in, directed me to covered parking, even though my reservation was for uncovered parking. I did not realize it until following her directions to the isle. The check out was trying to charge me a ton more due to the employee mistake. I appreciate the manager on duty making it right and letting me leave without paying more money.
