The way that you are picked up and baggage is carried into the van by the driver. Although I had to run a ways to get on the van as the driver stopped a few minutes and then drive forward about 10 cars down to get other travelers.

Prompt pick-up and friendly drivers! Also, we live in a location that is central to Austin and Houston, so we often fly out of both airports. We were flying out of Houston on this last trip, but my husband accidentally made the Parking Spot reservation at the Austin location. We didn't realize it until he started driving to the wrong airport! We quickly made a reservation at the Houston airport, but it was too late to cancel our reservation at the Austin airport. I emailed customer service and they refunded us for what we paid for the Austin reservation. We greatly appreciated this awesome customer service!
