Service and timeliness
The workers are very nice. The driver picked us up right where we were park. When it was time to pick us at airport we didn’t have to wait long and they dropped us right at my car. It was great they did that since it was my daughter and I and it was late at night.
It is easy and convenient. I would say BOTH lanes need to be open to exit. The express lane is never open unless there is a line and it should always be open in the evenings and weekends.
