I have always had a good experience with the Parking Spot in Kansas City however, there is a lot of road construction going on right now on the highway leading to the Parking Spot. It is VERY DIFFICULT to get to. This has been going on for months. There is no clear signage as to where to turn to get to the Parking Spot and the road is, in fact, difficult to find. I cannot be the only one having this problem. Could they PLEASE add signs until the road construction is finished? Everything else in this location is great.

Door to door service is great . Our last driver, Monica, made a special effort to get someone their left luggage back. I have already recommended your service to 2 neighbors.
