Very simple to use. I feel like my car is safe there. I love the fact that the shuttle bus is usually outside waiting before I even call. And I have to say on this past trip we had Lisa B. pick us up and take us to the airport and was there again on the return trip back to our car. After a stressful day of traveling, it was a pleasure being greeted by her. Her friendly demeanor was just what we needed.

I have been a patron of TPS for many years. I find that the service, from the drivers to the valet guys that pull your car out when you arrive, is consistently excellent. I have never waited for my car at the lot, and the shuttle has always been timely. It is good to know that I can count on you to get me to the airport on time.

Check in and out easy
Your app dies not always work so I have to stand by pickup and flag down the bus. That’s not good

They were quick to pick me up from the parking lot and to return me to my automobile after arriving to the DFW airport.
