Quick easy to get in. Your ride to the airport is waiting for you. If you come in as a van is leaving, there is one coming for you within 5 minutes tops.

The drivers vary in helpfulness - e.g., one dropped me at my car in the rain, stood and talked with another man while they both watched a short, 69 year old woman struggle to get my suitcase up into my trunk AFTER I HAD TIPPED HIM; all the others routinely assist me, and I am so appreciative.

Online reservations are easy and provide discounts. Buses run regularly, even in the wee hours of the morning. Checkout is fast with the reservation QR codes. On my last trip, I dropped my glove getting out of the car at the checkout, called the facility as soon as I returned home at 2:30 am, and the staff person who answered was quick to reply, “yes, I see it right there on the ground.” He brought it in and I retrieved it easily later that day. The personal, human touch was much appreciated, especially after a very long day of flights and airport layovers.

Did the valet service and it was wonderful. Beat my expectations. I liked having a warm place to wait, car waiting and warm, and the service of the employees. I just wish you went to the International Terminal as well, but then I only go international about once or twice a year.

Very quick from car to shuttle
It snowed during my time out of town. As it was early in the winter season, I had not yet put a snow brush in my car.
When we pulled up to my car, the shuttle driver quickly jumped out with a broom and cleared the snow from my vehicle.
I thought that was extra special service above what I expected.
