You services was suggested by a coworker. I am high pleased with the service I received. Being a female solo traveler it was nice to be picked up at my car and upon my return having the bus waiting. The Parking Spot North was spot on - pun intended! The shuttle arrived at my vehicle as I was pulling my suitcase out of the trunk, got me to my terminal with plenty of time to spare. Upon my return, I waited at the shuttle stop for less than 10 minutes and was soon on the shuttle back to my car. I highly recommend Parking Spot for their excellent customer service.

The ease of it all. Also, the employees at Charlotte NC airport are friendly and helpful. We arrived exhausted and had a dead battery. An employee kindly gave us a jump so that we could hit the road for a two hour drive.
