I like a safe place to park where my vehicle will not be broken into. I appreciate the fast shuttle service and courteous drivers. I also like an affordable parking option with the ability to earn rewards. One thing I would like that would make it better is rewards that do not expire.

Easy to get there, drove right in, handed keys to valet, got right on the shuttle. After a few minutes shuttle left and I was dropped at terminal.
Upon arrival back to LAX it was a bit confusing where to get the shuttle. That’s probably my fault. Then when standing at the appropriate location it took a while for shuttle to come but it didn’t look like it was going to stop until I waved them down. There were other shuttles in the shuttle parking area. That was a bit stressful and time consuming.
Back at the Parking Spot the driver had scanned my ticket so my car was waiting for me up front. Valet is the way to go!
The covered spot is perfect in poor weather. The shuttle staff are kind and professional and I rarely have to wait long for the shuttle. Parking here has really lessened my travel stress about finding parking at the airport!
