It would be nice if the checkout line offered “tap” for a credit card. Because I had to “swipe” in the lane I was in, my card company declined the charge. We finally got it to work but it required changing lanes and hand entering the number. I know I could save my card to the app as an option but prefer not to do that. Apple Pay?

I always use The Parking Spot when we need to travel out of the Cleveland airport. The drivers are always kind and safety driven. Helpful in putting our luggage in the van and not seeming to mind doing it. We highly recommend The Parking spot.

This was a great place to park and keep your car to park for the airport. It was easy to park, and the shuttle was fast and came right to the car. It was easy getting back to my car. I would park here again. The only negative is they changed the pick up location for shuttle due to the world cup.

I appreciate the assistance with pick up of me and my luggage and returning it to my car as well. The bottle of cold water is a welcome touch.
One question on both my outbound and inbound trips the drivers asked me to leave the handle of my large suitcase up so they could lift it by the handle. I did not want to do that because it damages the integrity of the operation of the handle. One driver complained that it’s weakening my handle or his back. This is the first time that has happened to me in all the times I’ve used your service. Is it a new policy? It seems to me that if the drivers aren’t able to handle luggage, they should not be hired.
