The Parking Spot North was spot on - pun intended! The shuttle arrived at my vehicle as I was pulling my suitcase out of the trunk, got me to my terminal with plenty of time to spare. Upon my return, I waited at the shuttle stop for less than 10 minutes and was soon on the shuttle back to my car. I highly recommend Parking Spot for their excellent customer service.

The ease of it all. Also, the employees at Charlotte NC airport are friendly and helpful. We arrived exhausted and had a dead battery. An employee kindly gave us a jump so that we could hit the road for a two hour drive.

THE CONVENIENCE, Shuttle driver's assistance!!!

I like the fact that they are there to pick you up promptly once you park your car. I also like that when I get back at the airport, there is always a bus within a few minutes.

The crew at the Premium/North lot are attentive and very responsive to feedback. Delays are handled professionally and quickly. Airport construction has made it a challenge for everyone from travelers to employees but the team at The Parking Spot stays on top of things. Easy access

On the return, I had absent-mindly left a medical seat cushion on the shuttle. Before I could my bags ready for the three hour drive remaining in my journey home, the shuttle driver returned to my parking spot providing me with the cushion I had forgotten.

The temporary injury resulting from a fall off the back of my F350 4WD onto my tailbone was very painful for this 77 year old relic. The cushion was a necessity and your team provided it.

Further, as I was checking out the gate attendant asked if I had received my cushion. What a team.

Thanks again....be back in July for yet another week.
