Always quick pick up at the lot and terminal, and friendly staff. Self checkout is easy, but sometimes in full sunlight, the touchscreen can be difficult to move to the next page. Appreciate the bottled water on the way out.

I like the quick pick up times, the cards that list your parking spot, good prices and service.

It is close to the airport. I like that you can reserve a parking spot online. Checking in and out is very easy.

I choose to fly from DAL because it's closer to where I live and it typically has less endless traffic loops to navigate. I use the Parking Spot Lot #1 Service primarily because I've found the shuttle to be effective and minimizes my wait to be picked up at my car and to be at the boarding stops at the terminal.

I do have one thing I do not like, though. The driver's typically have a QR code for leaving tips, in lieu of cash. I appreciate this convenience and as an option. What I do not like is that I have to try to enter my credit card number and personal information while jostling along on the bus enroute to/from the terminal.

It seems to me that the Parking Spot would do a service if it linked its reservation app to the QR code for the driver, and allowed a more convenient method of connecting and giving the tip without requiring re-entering my personal information (which the Parking Spot app already has on file.)

Easy and efficient! I know my vehicle is safe while I am away. Courteous staff!

Quick fast service - did not like last trip tried to say we were in a different section we drove thru some area???? So rude!!!! Stop that crsp we pay in advance parked for the week correctly stop with all this tiro parking??? Do ridiculous- we have been customers for 6 years fire that guy!!!!!
