Easy to make a reservation.
On arrival it is quick and easy to checkin and find your space. The transfer arrives quickly to take you to the airport. The transfer drive is friendly and helpful. On your return, the transfer is easy to find and the different parking spot transfer shuttles each have a sign saying which lot they service.
I love the convenience, being able to choose undercover parking, that the bus picks you up at your spot. The drivers are always so helpful and friendly. They take your luggage from you, put it in the van and even offered this past trip to scrape any snow or ice off of anyone’s car. I will always use the parking spot when I fly from BWI..

It’s very easy to get in and out of the airport. The shuttle picks you up right by your car and drops you off next to your car so no walking that much with all your luggage. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

We find your drivers to be very friendly and timely. I especially appreciated your male driver that picked us up from the Airport and helped us with our luggage (we were traveling for over 2 weeks and had two large bags and two very small bags) Our heaviest suitcase weighed in at 45 pounds when checked in at the airport. I regretted only having $7 dollars in cash to tip. He went the extra mile, probably realizing we are both 76 years old.
However our transport to the airport was very different. The driver was a female (I too am female), who had the skills to drive but she made it clear that our luggage was difficult for her. She talked about possibly injuring her back and huffed and puffed as she scooted the bags to the door, where my husband took them. I tipped her $10 despite the theatrics. I'm all for women taking jobs that require physical strength, if they can perform to the standards their employer expects. I'm assuming your company expects drivers to be able to help elderly travelers handle luggage weighing under 50 pounds. Even I could handle our luggage when in my 60s. It's a disservice to the traveling public when a woman takes a job even she admits is taxing for her.
We plan to continue using your parking service because the male driver who picked us up from the airport was exceptional.
