The staff is very professional and always helpful. It’s my go to spot for parking and I’ve never had any issues. Reasonable prices and friendly people, I never park anywhere else
Only thing I didn't like is that after I boarded the shuttle in the parking lot for my outbound flight, the shuttle driver kept driving around looking to pick up more people as to fill up the shuttle. We drove around for 22 minutes before heading to the airport terminal! It wound up being OK because I was early for my fight but in the past I would need say 10 minutes of that time to get through TSA.
I love you app - it works great! I also like you quick email responses to the app which make for easy documentation.
Easy to reserve, prices are good. As a loyalty member I appreciate the discounts and sometimes free days of parking due to points accumulated. Every dollar counts these days. Shuttle bus drivers are always polite and helpful and there to pick you up within minutes of arrival. Cold water at the exit is a nice touch!
