In general, the service that is provided is excellent. However, there are times when it takes a while to catch the shuttle van both in the parking lot and at the airport.
Also, would like to see every driver utilize the QR code to tip them through the app verses cash or Venmo which at least 1 drive tries to us.

I always use The Spot 2 , this last visit was good although I missed the better discounts offered and I guess since I moved my departure date back just a few hours -same day - it cost me another day’s cost. 🥴
Shuttle was waiting outside, parking is covered, on arrival shuttle was right there on a very cold day, and that driver was great with our large luggage

Everyone is always very friendly. It’s easy to access off of 71. I feel like my car is safe there. They’re usually always there waiting to pick me up after I get my luggage. If I do have to wait, it’s not for very long.
The Parking Spot East is very convenient when flying out of AUS. A helpful gate attendant directs us to a parking space and, very shortly after parking, the bus picks us up for a ride to AUS. We are dropped off at our airlines entrance. The return is equally as seamless. After picking up our luggage, we exit the airport and go to the bus pick-up area. I can open the app to track arrival of The Parking Spot East bus. The bus driver helps get our luggage onto and off of the bus and drops us off at our car. We show our QR code to exit. Very efficient.
Ease of use compared to other offsite facilities.
It’s super simple to use and very cost effective for someone that has no family and doesn’t want to ask a friend to drive them to the airport at the crack of dawn!

It’s easy to get to and fast, staff are great! And the price is very reasonable. Wish there was a parking spot in SA.
The drivers are always pleasant and help you get your luggage on and off the bus. Also I like the rewards program, the more you use them the more points you can get a discount for your next trip.
Our driver was courteous and knew the inds and outs of the airport he even suggested on how to get around a construction area that was blocking our entrance.
