convenience

Reliable shuttle

Ease of parking, drivers are courteous and helpful,

I love that my car is undercover and in a secure lot while I am away. The van is great cause it picks you up and drops you off right at your vehicle. I’ve used the Parking Spot several times now and always have a good experience with them.

Convince, , courteous drivers , quick pickup from airport

My latest trip with the Parking Spot was great. The shuttle was quick to arrive and the driver was friendly. On my return trip the wait for pickup was minimal, and my shuttle driver was again friendly and courtous.

Close to airport and convenient to travel then park when you complete your travel.

Convenient

Lots of locations. Fair pricing. Close proximity to the terminals.

Trust shuttle will be there on time very professional

Checking in at the lot was efficient. Waited very short time for shuttle to my car. All employees were helpful and friendly

Easy in and out! The bus was waiting on our return with no wait!

Location, automation, car wash, cold drink and exit.

My only complaint was the amount of available parking the day we left. When we arrived, per the bus driver, there were no parking spots available. Fortunately, a different driver alerted us to a spot where she had dropped off a customer and we were able to grab that spot while others were still driving around the parking lot.
I know it is not an exact science, but I think those with reservations would be a little disappointed if they arrive and not parking is available.
Saying all of that, we normally have not issues with parking at the Parking Spot Fly and love how convenient it is to ATL.

Convenience, pleasant drivers and service, and recently had to reach out to Customer Service for help with a pricing issue which was resolved in a timely manner.
