Special thanks to Carl, Rodriguez, and the man I spoke with on the phone. I thought I might be facing a flat tire on my return, so I called before my flight and the phone man checked the 3 red CRV's on the lot to see if any had a flat! Wow. Then, because I had left my phone in Sedona, (78 yo old senior moment) on my arrival return I asked Carl, shuttle driver, if I couldn't use his phone in case I had to call AAA. He said yes, and then called a friend who had a portable tire inflating device, and 5 minutes later Rodriguez got on the shuttle. He then inflated all four of my tires! It took an hour, in the very cold night at 12 am on December 18. This enabled me to drive the 40+ miles home on the expressway. I was apprehensive about possibly having to take the back roads as an older woman driving alone. What a relief. Carl and Rodriguez went above and beyond, and did it with smiles and respectful courtesy. You've got some great guys. Need I say Im a customer for life? I've been with your company since 2007. I don't fly more than twice a year, usually once, but you have my wholehearted thanks and support!

In general, the service that is provided is excellent. However, there are times when it takes a while to catch the shuttle van both in the parking lot and at the airport.

Also, would like to see every driver utilize the QR code to tip them through the app verses cash or Venmo which at least 1 drive tries to us.
