Very easy to use app. And People at the facilities and the drivers were all very helpful. The facility is very close to the airport (right across the freeway) so your at the departures area in less than 10 minutes.

The Spot will quickly get you to the airport terminal. I would only ask for more JFK shuttles be available when heading back to the parking lot. Thank you for all your professionalism when dealing with the public.
The service was great! It was my first time using a park and fly service. I had some reservations about leaving my car parked somewhere but The Parking Spot was awesome and super safe. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

I like the convenience because of the distance from the area where I live.
Just wish the pickup area was near the baggage claim. We walked outside and had to walk to the other end to board the transfer bus back to our car.
WE returned to a dead car battery, and we were in Parking spot 1, In less then 5 minutes a wonderful gentleman came and jumped off our car. Had trouble getting out with our scan from receipt and once again your personnel were so helpful. Your drivers are so fantastic and courteous. Thanks so much

Secure a lot with easy to use entrance and exit kiosk. Convenient app allowed me to reserve a parking spot in Advance. Transport to and from the terminals was fast and convenient, and this staff encountered were helpful and friendly.
