It is close to a perfect system. The app works great, Easy to navigate the parking lot. The bus picks you up almost immediately from you car spot and upon your return from airport.

I thought at first that I wouldn’t like the prepay, but after using it several times it is very convenient. The drivers are courteous and efficient. Had to get used to the new buses with the West sign on the front🤭

Buses were prompt except a wait on the return to car. Prepay check in and check out was easy. One driver was not friendly or very helpful with luggage and we are elderly and I am handicapped but the others were great!!
