Reasonable and efficient

So convenient! It was the easiest part of our trip!

We like the covered parking and being picked up right at our parking spot.

It was difficult to find due to construction, but great all in all.

The whole thing was very smooth. I just show my telephone and gates open and then I go and same thing on the way out.

The Parking Spot is very convenience, and I feel safe parking my car there. The shuttles run frequently, and I love being able to see the shuttle locations in real-time on the app.

One technical issue I noticed was that when the phone number came up on the shuttle location page you could not click on the number to connect. It was just text.

How fast drop off to pickup was. made it very easy

The ease in making reservations. My only request is that their be a better sign nearer the highway as it is difficult to see your sign so close to your fencing when driving in the dark.

Most of the time, it is very convenient and reasonably priced.

Enjoy the more punctual shuttles for pick-ups and drop-offs. Also enjoy the water at the exit. Prefer promotional parking rates as the cost to park - fully burdened with taxes - is on the cusp of me taking an Uber rather than driving and paying for this service.
